Let's face it - these are uncertain times with an uncertain "expiration date". One thing we can all agree on is that the COVID-19 pandemic has completely changed the lives of everyone across the globe. People are social distancing (hello new phrase for 2020), businesses are shutting down or operating on a skeleton crew, face masks and gloves are being worn almost everywhere, and every time we turn the news on or check our phones we are being inundated with Coronavirus statistics or information.


These are strange times, especially for small businesses and their employees. That's why staying ahead of the crisis curve can be very beneficial not only for you and your business, but for your employees as well.
